Soy Good or Bad?
From what i have red online soy is only healthy for you in small amounts. But according to many sources, soy increases the levels of estrogen in the human body. Researches have found that, due to the manufacturing, soy products contain abnormally high amounts of aluminum. Dr. Mercola has a short video online, that describes allot about soy and its problems. In the video he mentions that research done on infants that drink soy formula have extremely high levels of estrogen in their body's. Also Dr. Mercola talks about soy impairing thyroid function, and your body's ability to break down protean. So over all i think soy should not be such a widely used ingredient in food. Hey, Nice blog. I agree with you that soy should not be used in large amounts. In what I have looked up, in small amounts the soy has some benefits. But, too much can be a bad thing.
